Can you maximize return on IT investments and develop mission capabilities, all while managing resource constraints and mitigating risks? The CIO Wargame will test your ability to make strategic decisions and react to market forces in a fast-paced, interactive simulation exercise.
Just as in real-life, you will face a number of investment possibilities (with limited resources to spend), forcing you to think strategically and work with your team to develop projects, capabilities, and architecture to achieve the highest investment payouts.
The CIO Wargame helps illustrate the interaction between EA, IT Portfolio Management, project implementation, risk management, and IT governance in a table top exercise that is both educational and entertaining. Players will see how different IT roles and strategic decisions can impact an organization, and will gain critical insights into effective partnership building. The team who builds the most mission value for their organization wins! |
