Chris De Francisci is currently with MITRE and recently served as a Specialist Leader for Deloitte Consulting with a focus on portfolio management and Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC). He is a Capital Planning Professional (CPP) and has done extensive portfolio management work at the Federal and state level. Chris has worked with a broad range of public sector clients including the Department of the Treasury, Office of Naval Research, Environmental Protection Agency, US Marine Corps, and the Commonwealth of Virginia. Chris has over 25 years experience working in the Federal space.
