Jeff Melrose is the Implementation Services Director for the Federal division of Oracle's Primavera Global Business Unit. He has 15 years of experience working with the U.S. Federal Government (both civilian and Department of Defense as well as several State and local entities) to provide portfolio management, business process and capital planning solutions. Jeff has provided consulting services on capital planning related engagements at the U.S. Department of Treasury, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Defense Logistics Agency, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the U.S. Air Force. He is extremely familiar with all past and present Oracle Primavera CPIC implementations and works in concert with the implementation teams at all Oracle CPIC clients. In his current role, Jeff is responsible for architecture and planning of Primavera related program, project, contract and grants related portfolio management opportunities in the U.S. public sector. Prior to joining Oracle, Jeff was employed by Thomson Reuters, PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM and Hewlett Packard specializing in building financial data warehousing solutions for public and private sector entities. |
