Jenine graduated with distinction from the University of Maine in 1994 with a BA in Speech Communication and received a 4.0 in Computer Programming and Networking from ECPI College of Technology in 1997. She has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2005 and attained her Master’s Certificate in IT Project Management from George Washington University in the same year. Jenine is a member of ISACA, the CPIC Forum, and the Washington DC and Hampton Roads Chapters of PMI. In 2005 Jenine delivered 'IT Portfolio Management for Project Managers' to PMI’s Hampton Roads Chapter.
