Mr. Isman, a Vice President with Booz Allen, has over 20 years of experience in the both the public sector and financial services markets. He leads Booz Allen’s practice and manages programs dedicated to the Central Agencies in Government including GSA, OPM, NARA, Executive Office of the President (EOP) and the Congress. He also leads Booz Allen’s IT Strategy and EA practice’s Federal Civilian Agency market concentrating on business and technology strategy and implementation of value-added solutions. His expertise crosses many areas with considerable experience in Federal shared services and cross-Government consulting, wealth management and the employee benefits industry. He has deep expertise in business transformation consulting, including business reengineering, IT strategy and IT Strategic Plans, EA, IT portfolio management, Capital Planning and Investment Control, governance, SOA, cloud computing strategies, innovative technologies, records management, SWOT analyses, human capital, organizational development/design and change management.  He has supported numerous federal and commercial CIOs and business leaders with major transformation programs and IT decision-making. Past and current clients include the Executive Office of the President (EOP), Congress, OPM, GSA, HRLoB, NARA, the Federal CIO Council, IRS, CIGNA, The Hartford, TIAA-CREF, Charles Schwab/US Trust, Mellon, John Hancock and others.

Mr. Isman is an active leader in Booz Allen’s cloud computing services aimed at supporting Federal agencies to best position cloud computing to enhance their missions. Prior to joining Booz Allen, he was a senior manager/subject matter expert at CGI-AMS managing major programs/projects in both the financial services industry and public sector. He co-led the startup of AMS’ Wealth Management Practice and managed the Mid-Atlantic/Southeast region of AMS’ Retirement/Insurance practice for four regional offices. His experience concentrated in Financial Services, Retirement and Insurance at Bankers Trust and Kwasha Lipton consulting. Mr. Isman holds an MBA from NYU’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a BSE in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University.
