Michelle Powell is the Portfolio Management Practice Area Lead at Chevo focused on the development, refinement, maturity, and usage of Portfolio Management processes across Chevo service delivery. Michelle has over 20 years of experience in program management, IT capital planning and investment control, strategic planning and IT portfolio management. She has extensive experience in OMB’s IT CPIC processes and she has led successful engagements to justify and manage major IT investments at multiple federal agencies. Michelle obtained her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and her BA from the University of the Philippines. |
