Patrick (Pat) Plunkett works for GSA and manages the Government-owned Electronic Capital Planning and Investment Control (eCPIC) system, which is the most widely used capital planning system in the Federal government. When Pat launched the Government wide eCPIC program in February 2009, 11 Federal agencies used eCPIC. Now, 15 agencies use eCPIC to manage their IT and non-IT portfolios.
Prior to this position at GSA:
