Richard Tucker is Director of Client Services at ICOR Partners, LLC, a strategy and management consulting firm based in Arlington, VA. He has more than 20 years experience advising Federal Civilian and DOD agencies clients, as well as Fortune 500 companies throughout North and South America, Europe and Asia. Richard is a trusted advisor to his clients on bridging the strategic to tactical chasm, necessary for fulfilling an organization's mission objectives, while sustaining competitive capital investment returns. Richard is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), certified PRINCE2 Practitioner, and trained as a CMMI consultant and appraiser. He is a charter member of the Federal Civilian EVM Community of Interest, and an active member of the Federal CPIC Forum. He is a regular speaker in Washington DC and abroad on topics including IT Investment Management, IT Portfolio strategy and methods, PMO lifecycle methodology development, Earned Value Management, and other project management subjects.
