Sandra McGill, PMP Assistant Director IT Planning and Evaluation Sandra McGill is the Assistant Director for IT Planning and Evaluation and Team Lead for Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC). She is responsible for managing CDC’s $500 million IT Portfolio which consist of 400+ IT projects, systems and activities. Sandra provides the necessary support to various Program and Project Managers across CDC related to CPIC, EPLC, IR Governance and project management. Sandra has 30 years of federal service, working with several Department of Defense organizations as well as Federal Independent Agencies. She holds a bachelors degree in Business Administrations from Chapman University in Orange, CA, Masters in Public Administration from Troy University and is an Federal Executive Institute alumni class 297. She obtained her PMP certification in March 2009. Sandra has been CDC’s lead contributor to HHS on the Enterprise Performance Life Cycle Framework (EPLC) and the coordinator for CDC’s EPLC implementation. |
